About the Author
Kim graduated from the University of Minnesota Waseca Technical College. After working in a few private practices, she joined the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center and found her career passion in dermatology. Although she has recently retired, Kim is still active in her state association, the Minnesota Association of Veterinary Technicians, and is a charter member of the ADVT. She was the ADVT’s first president and is currently serving as secretary and Exam Committee Chair. Kim has lectured both nationally and internationally, authored journal articles, and served as co-editor of the Small Animal Dermatology for Technicians and Nurses book.
