About the Author
Pamela is an International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC)-certified parrot behavior consultant whose experience includes almost 2 decades as a veterinary nurse. As such, she was responsible for training and coordinating other team members with regard to low-stress avian visits. She is a coauthor of the Fear Free program for avian veterinarians.
