United in Purpose

MWI Animal Health recently participated in Cencora’s National Sales Meeting.

Steve Shell, MWI Animal Health president, presented to 1,200 MWI and Cencora sales team members about the animal health industry at Cencora’s National Sales Meeting in Dallas, Texas. “United in our purpose of creating healthier futures” is Cencora’s mission as a company and carried out by MWI. Creating healthier futures for companion and production animals directly impacts human life too – healthier pets living longer lives make for healthy, happy families, and MWI helps our customers produce abundant, safe, affordable and sustainable animal protein to feed a growing, hungry world.

The big showstopper was having PetPartners, a U.S. therapy animal organization, bring therapy dogs to the meeting and even join Shell on stage to reinforce the message around the human-animal bond and the healing power of pets.

As part of the meeting, MWI also held a manufacturer tradeshow, Connect AH. During this time, MWI gave almost 100 manufacturers access to MWI reps to talk about what’s new and how to better represent their products with our mutual customers.

MWI is also excited to share and continue the celebration of recognized team members in the Circle of Excellence program. The awards recognize sales associates for outstanding sales performance, significant contributions to MWI’s purpose, demonstration of guiding principles and creation of the best possible experience for customers.
