Dr. Stauthammer graduated from the University of Illinois and completed a general internship and cardiology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is currently an associate professor in cardiology at the University of Minnesota as well as the Vice Chair of Clinical Service. His clinical interests involve all aspects of heart disease in large, small, and exotic animals with a heavy focus on catheter-based treatment modalities.Â
