Shelters United has launched the Veterinarians of Record Training Program to help veterinarians and animal welfare organizations establish and maintain successful partnerships. WVC to Add Nashville Conference in 2026
Viticus Group, host of the annual WVC conference in Las Vegas, is expanding to Nashville, Tennessee. The company has scheduled the WVC Nashville event for Aug. 16 to 18, 2026, at Music City Center. In addition, Viticus Group plans to open a training facility in Nashville.

The startup company Goose has raised $13.4 million in seed funding for its operating system serving pet boarding, day care, grooming, training and retail establishments. The product also supports veterinary practices offering such services. The investors are B Capital, First Round Capital, The 81 Collection, Imaginary Ventures and BoxGroup.
Radimal Teams Up With ScribbleVet
Radimal, a provider of veterinary radiology services, is partnering with ScribbleVet, an AI-powered medical recordkeeping tool. “ScribbleVet’s browser extension now automatically populates the Radimal radiology request form using the most recent visit history from ScribbleVet,” the companies reported. “This feature saves time and improves veterinary workflows by simplifying radiology case submissions.”

VetRec, the developer of AI-powered clinical documentation software, is partnering with IndeVets. “IndeVets is the first veterinarian staffing company to integrate AI-powered scribe technology into its services for veterinarians,” the company stated.

VET.CT is promoting new small animal teleradiology turnaround times in North America. Urgent options remain the same: one hour for X-ray and four hours for CT and MRI. The newest overnight turnaround option calls for submissions by 10 p.m. local time to receive the report by 8 a.m. the following day. In addition, the routine turnaround time was reduced to 24 hours.

Elanco Animal Health has released Pet Protect, a veterinarian-formulated line of supplements designed for comprehensive pet wellness. The Pet Protect line includes Hip & Joint, Multivitamin, Digestive Health for Dogs, Calming Fast Acting, and Skin Health.
