Today’s Veterinary Business Staff

Cheryl Good, DVM, a Michigan practice owner and former president of the North American Veterinary Community, has been named chief veterinary officer of The Bridge Club video networking group.
The organization reported that Dr. Good “will oversee all virtual interactions on both The Bridge Club and The Bridge Club Pets to ensure adherence to medical guidelines established by the AVMA and other governing bodies.”
“Accurate information is absolutely key as our world keeps changing daily,” said Catherine Haskins, founder of The Bridge Club. “It is essential for the profession and absolutely critical for pet owners as they care for their pets. Dr. Good’s insights and experience will ensure The Bridge Club and The Bridge Club Pets focus on providing accurate educational content and adhere to current veterinary medical guidelines.”
Dr. Good remains the owner of Dearborn Family Pet Care in Dearborn, Michigan. She once served on the Scientific Advisory Committee of American Humane for the American Humane Certified Puppy Project and currently sits on the World Small Animal Veterinary Association’s Animal Wellness and Welfare Committee.
She is immediate past president of the NAVC, publisher of Today’s Veterinary Business.
The 25,000-member Bridge Club was founded in 2018. The Bridge Club Pets, launched in April, provides resources for pet owners.
