Idexx Laboratories Inc. has acquired ezyVet, a New Zealand-based practice information management system, and a satellite company, Vet Radar. Terms were not disclosed.
EzyVet joins two other Idexx PIMS products: Cornerstone and Neo.
“EzyVet is a truly impressive cloud-native software solution that continues to transform the industry and the software experience for veterinary practitioners,” said Jay Mazelsky, Idexx’s president and CEO.
Vet Radar is a veterinary workflow management platform that launched in 2021. It will become part of ezyVet, according to Idexx.
