Patterson Animal Health has been named the exclusive U.S. distributor of Cutting Edge Laser Technologies’ surgical lasers and MLS therapy lasers.
The agreement was announced Oct. 26 by Fairport, New York-based Cutting Edge.
“The partnership will allow Cutting Edge to extend the reach of our product offerings and enable more veterinarians to provide a higher level of care to their patients,” President Mark Mollenkopf said.
MLS (multiwave locked system) therapy lasers are designed to treat acute and chronic pain, postsurgical pain, intervertebral disk disease, wounds and other medical issues.
Cutting Edge also makes lasers for the human medicine field.
Patterson Animal Health, among the nation’s largest veterinary product distributors, is headquartered in Greeley, Colorado.
