Shiloh Veterinary Hospital is a full-service facility in suburban Atlanta.
Practice owners wondering how they can save on energy bills might want to gaze skyward for guidance.
Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in Kennesaw, Georgia, is promoting the fact that a 39-kilowatt solar panel array recently installed on the practice’s roof has cut utility costs by 40 to 45 percent.
“I look at my app and feel good about the energy I am generating from our solar array,” said Shiloh’s owner, James Davis, DVM.
A 60-kilowatt array installed in 2017 at Montrose Animal Hospital in East Cobb, Georgia, is generating similar savings.
Both projects were planned and installed by Kennesaw-based Creative Solar USA.
