I am not that person who sends editorial feedback, but I had to write and say that Andy Roark’s article “How We See Ourselves Matters” [October/November 2021] really resonated with me. I cannot pick up a journal without reading about the doom and gloom affecting our mental health. His article hit a perfect pitch recognizing that people are indeed stressed but that we need to start accentuating the positive. We need to see more positivity. He hit it out of the park with this one. Thank you!
